Credit Authorization

1. Authorization to Obtain Information

You authorize Big Cash For UL LLC, its service providers, and participating third-party lenders or financial partners to obtain, verify, and evaluate information about you for purposes related to:

• Identity verification
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Eligibility assessment for loan or cash-advance products
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

This authorization permits the collection of information from third parties, including but not limited to:

• Consumer reporting agencies and credit bureaus
• Financial institutions and payment processors
• Identity verification and fraud detection providers
• Employers or income verification services
• Public records and government databases, where permitted by law

2. Consumer Reports and Credit Inquiries

You understand and agree that:

• Participating lenders may obtain consumer reports, including credit reports, to evaluate your eligibility for financial products
• Credit inquiries may include hard or soft inquiries, depending on the lender and product
• A hard inquiry may affect your credit score
• Any hard credit inquiry will be conducted only with your express authorization and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws

3. Ongoing Authorization

This Authorization permits the ongoing retrieval and use of information for:

• Initial eligibility determination
• Account maintenance
• Renewal, modification, or servicing of financial products
• Collection, repayment, or dispute resolution, where applicable

Your authorization remains valid while you maintain an account or submit requests through the App, unless revoked as permitted by law.

4. Authorization to Share Information

You authorize Big Cash For UL LLC to share relevant personal, financial, and verification information with:

• Participating lenders and financial partners
• Service providers performing functions on our behalf
• Compliance, fraud prevention, and security vendors

Information is shared solely for legitimate business, operational, and compliance purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• You are providing information about yourself and not another individual
• You will promptly update any changes to your information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of services, account suspension or termination, or other legal consequences.

6. Electronic Signatures and Records

You agree that:

• Your electronic consent, signature, or acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature
• Records and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written authorization
• This Authorization is executed electronically in accordance with applicable electronic signature laws

7. Right to Revoke Authorization

You may revoke this Authorization by contacting [email protected]. Revocation may limit or prevent further use of the App and may not affect actions already taken in reliance on this Authorization, as permitted by law.

8. No Lending Guarantee

You acknowledge that:

• Big Cash For UL LLC is not a lender
• Submitting information or granting authorization does not guarantee approval, loan funding, or specific loan terms
• All credit decisions are made solely by third-party lenders

9. Compliance with Law

This Authorization is intended to comply with applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and other consumer protection regulations.
