Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Communications

This Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Communications (“E-Consent”) applies to your use of the Borrow Money & Loans – BigCash mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Big Cash For UL LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Scope of Consent

By accessing or using the App, submitting information, or clicking to accept agreements electronically, you consent to receive all communications, disclosures, notices, agreements, and records related to your use of the App and any financial products or services made available through the App in electronic form.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  • Loan-related disclosures and authorizations
  • Account notices and confirmations
  • Payment-related communications
  • Regulatory and legally required disclosures
  • Updates, amendments, and policy notices

2. Electronic Delivery

All communications may be provided electronically through:

  • Email
  • SMS or text messages
  • In-app notifications or messages
  • Downloadable or viewable documents within the App

Electronic records have the same legal meaning and effect as paper documents.

3. System Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have:

  • A compatible mobile device or computer
  • Internet access
  • A valid email address
  • Software capable of viewing PDF or HTML documents

You are responsible for maintaining current contact information and ensuring your ability to receive electronic communications.

4. Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of certain disclosures by contacting [email protected]. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by contacting us. Withdrawal may limit or terminate your ability to use the App, as electronic delivery is an essential part of the service.

6. Consent Acknowledgment

By continuing to use the App, you confirm that you can access electronic disclosures and consent to doing business electronically.
